The Foundation's most successful educational programme, which received the greatest number of visitors, according to data by the Ministry of Education, has been presented from summer of 2004 at Building 7 of Hellenic Cosmos. In this programme students had the opportunity to learn about the ancient and modern history of the Olympic Games, to discover the true ideals of the Games and, at the same time, to become familiar with a part of our culture and history that is truly important. 

More specifically:

• they learned about the Olympic Games, both in the past and today
• they approached the modern Olympic Hero
• they comprehended the significance of the Olympic ideal and emulation
• they were informed about the concept of sponsorship in the Olympic Games.

The educational programme was accompanied by a relevant Internet activity, a documentary, a Virtual Reality application and an educational exhibition.
